Warranty & Returns

BrakeForce+ provides a 100% Fitment Guarantee, if the part you have ordered and paid for doesn't fit your vehicle, we will exchange it for one that does, at no cost to you. See some answers below to some common queries in this area:

Can I return a part?

We accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories. You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return items for an exchange or refund. If a product being returned does not meet these requirements, a refund or exchange may not be offered.

How do I return a part that doesn't fit?

Simply fill in the form here with all the details of your purchase, and your contact details, and one of our friendly team will be contact with you to provide you with a customised returns label, so that you can return your item to us. There are 4 basic rules around our returns process:

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Do not attach the return shipping label to the product packaging. Doing so will void your return.
The item must be securely placed into your delivery packaging (or a similar sized box if you no longer have it). Please ensure that your item is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in transit.
Following the instructions emailed to you, you should print your return shipping label, and securely attached it to the packaging your item was delivered in.
Then just drop the parcel off at your local Australia Post outlet.

Do I need to pay for shipping to return a product?

If the part supplied doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by us, we’ll happily pay for return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange as part of our 100% Fitment Guarantee. If the item being returned is for any other reason, shipping is paid for by the purchaser.

When are your team available?

Our returns and customer care team are available Monday-Friday; 8:30am-4pm (excluding public holidays). We are not available on weekends at this time, sorry.

How long does it take for a return to be processed?

Your refund will be processed once your product has been successfully received and inspected by our team. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to then be processed back to your payment service provider (e.g. your credit card). Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

Warranty Information

Unless otherwise stated on the Site, all products sold by BrakeForce+ Online are sold under the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions from the date of purchase. Replacement products or refund (including shipping) will be provided by BrakeForce+ Online where:

The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality; or
The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
The product was damaged during delivery; and
You can provide proof of purchase with the BrakeForce+ Online receipt

Replacement product or refund will only be completed upon receipt and inspection of items that are deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Where a warranty fault has been recognised and accepted by us, shipping expenses will be refunded. For any replacements where the shipping expense is being covered by BrakeForce+ Online, the original shipping address will be used

Exchanges will only be provided on products that are clean, unused and in a saleable condition. This means that the product must be in its original packaging, including manuals and all accessories, and the product(s) is unopened, unused and in its original condition. All electrical components cannot be returned if packaging seal is broken.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

How do I ensure my data is kept private?

BrakeForce+ will only collect, use and disclose your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Principles outlined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our Privacy Policy can be located here.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
