Our returns process makes it easy for you; and we’ll even pay for shipping should this happen.
Simply fill in the form here with all the details of your purchase, and your contact details, and one of our friendly team will be contact with you to provide you with a customised returns label, so that you can return your item to us.
There are 4 easy rules around our returns process:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all accessories included. Do not attach the return shipping label to the product packaging. Doing so will void your return.
- The item must be securely placed into your delivery packaging (or a similar sized box if you no longer have it). Please ensure that your item is packed safely and securely to prevent damage in transit.
- Following the instructions emailed to you, you should print your return shipping label, and securely attached it to the packaging your item was delivered in.
- Then just drop the parcel off at your local Australia Post outlet.
If the part supplied doesn’t fit the vehicle or intended purpose specified by us, we’ll happily pay for return shipping and provide a full refund or exchange as part of our 100% Fitment Guarantee. If the item being returned is for any other reason, shipping is to be paid for by the purchaser.
